Does Pine Creek Country Gardens provide a guarantee on trees and shrubs?

Retail customers receive a 100% guarantee on trees and shrubs for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Are roses covered under your guarantee?

Roses will be guaranteed for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.

What does your guarantee NOT include?

Our guarantee does NOT include annuals, perennials, hardy mums, house plants in raised planters or Christmas trees. Plants damaged or dead due to lack of water or natural catastrophes such as ice, snow, floods or when drought emergencies are declared will void the guarantee.

How many times will you replace my plant under your guarantee and what will I need to provide to you at the time of return?

Plants are replaced only once and in order to receive the guarantee a sales receipt must be presented at which time a credit amounting to 100% of the original purchase price will be given towards future purchases.
